2022 Tasker St., Philadelphia, PA
ADCON performed structural engineering and design services for the renovation of the property. One perimeter wall of the house was cracked and in need of repair. ADCON performed a structural investigation of the property and made recommendations for corrective action, remediation and probable cost of repairs. ADCON then prepared design drawings and specifications for the project.
5129 Reno St., Philadelphia, PA
ADCON performed structural engineering and design services for the renovation of the property. The property was located next to an adjacent house which was demolished by the City. The first floor party wall was not plastered and rendered waterproof; the basement portion of the party wall was also not waterproof. There were also loose bricks in the upper rear portion of the property. ADCON performed a structural assessment complete with recommendations for design drawings showing repairs.
